Martínez Rojas’ second point is at least one I understand. However, in my view, it doesn’t make sense. I’m afraid, Martínez Rojas has found a hidden message where there is none. It is mere speculation to assume that 15 women and and Aries code a date. In fact, this theory seems to be just another case of para-steganography (check here for a German article, here for an English one). As can be read in the two para-steganography publications, non-existing hidden messages have a long tradition. They have been “found” in the Egyptian pyramids, the works of Bach, the Bible, the Quran, the plays of Shakespeare and many other objects. Of course, there have been hidden message “findings” in the Voynich manuscript, too.
All in all, I’m pretty sure that Martínez Rojas’ claim is not a break-through. It’s just another chapter in the very long story of nonsensical Voynich theories.
